Mr Yilmaz’s main business idea is to help food businesses expand their menu and improve the quality of their products by using his services as well as attend to their premises and help them with bulk production and customised orders by customers.

OUR MENU

We provide bakery, pastry and bread chef services by visiting customers’ business premises, training current chefs and preparation staff, signature recipe preparation and demonstration and preparation of various products including baklava, cake varieties, cupcakes, bespoke cheesecakes, bread, cookies, vegan pastries, tart varieties and Turkish Pide in bulk or custom made according to individual orders.
